PCMark 04 errors

Try this on for size.

Im trying to run PCMark 04 and I've run into a problem. Between the WMV compression and DIVX compression tests in the sytem suite I get a windows error that shuts the program down.

Here's what I've done so far:
Reinstalled PCMark 04
Reinstalled Windows Media player 10
Reinstalled Windows Media Encoder 9
Reinstalled Divx 5.2

I know this program worked before on my comptuer, I just cant figure it out.

Does anyone have a clue?

Are you overclocked? CPU, VC overclocked?
