1. TZ Connection Booster is something I found at download.com that tweaks your connection properties. I noticed a slight difference (with dial up)

2. WS_FTP Pro is a file transfer program that i use to upload files to my webspace.

3. WavePad is a ripper/audio editor that I use to slow down/speed up songs for car audio competitions.

4. PDF Creator is a program that creates PDF files for viewing in programs like Adobe Acrobat. I actually haven't had the chance to use this yet.

5. Window Blinds is a program that allows you to skin the Windows interface, (link to my desktop)

6. GIMP 2 is an open source graphics program like photoshop.

7. ITE Smart Guardian is a program that came with my motherboard, it monitors temps, fan speed, etc.
