Dos Bootdisk

I need a good Dos Bootdisk that can read of Cd's and has all the formatting and partitioning tools. Ive already been to bootdisk.com, but it costs to download of there. Any other places i can get some good resources like that?

As far as I know, bootdisk.com dont charge. I use that all the time.

I couldnt see where bootdisk.com charged but
who knows.
