Help with motherboard upgrade

Pick up a Raidmax case with 420W power supply (blue with clear side and top not sure exact model number). Its only like $55 on newegg.com and that power supply is a real decent one for a case. Plus it has 4 case fans for great cooling.
 
I think I should say at this point that getting a new case is out of the question (for various reasons), I need to go with this case. Otherwise I wouldn't have even had to post the question because I would have just bought a new system...
