i'm installing my comp right now and i'm stuck on my case

i have an antec slk 3000b and i can't remove the metal pci slot thingys in the back

can anyone help?

ok.. if theyre the screw kind, then unscrew them. if theyre pop-outs, then push them out. very simple.
