what are you going to be doing? overclocking?
if you specifically want pc3200 for some reason, get OCZ el platinum series.
otherwise, i'd recommend something like ocz pc4000 gold rev 2.
important things:
brand name
speed rating (pc4000 can work in many mbs that don't "support" it. if you overclock, this is what you want, because you can set it to run faster than normal to get your system faster, and it won't fry the ram - it's meant to run fast).
cat latency. lower = better.
