Well after the fact but interesting, 16yrs seems like quite awhile to work for one company in the IT biz these days.Speculation is on an OS from google, Im thinking they are going to take the steps towards web based OS and software, leaving a home PC nothing but a terminal. The technology exists now, and broadband makes it quite easy, not good for dial up though. It would eliminate some problems for the average user, and google seems like they are hungry to do something.Microsoft is becoming a victim of itself, its a giant slow moving dinosaur, by the time longhorn gets released they could be in trouble.Long release times between OS updates and spending lots of time on defense has gotta be hurting them some. Now one of their chief hackers is leaving and not on good terms, Id like to see what his non compete clause in his contract looks like LOL !!!

mmmm 64bit

i would never use a terminal with an online OS... i like having a powerful computer that I am in control of!
