rename computer remotly

Hey just wondering if anyone has heard of any utility to rename a computer on a domain remotly.

I can take control of the Pc's but would rather do it all behind the scene.

Oh and for anyone that read my post on power management through windows XP. You can modify it throught the registry , just go to HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT. look under the tab and its easy from their.....

I don't think you can do it unless you connect to the PC. Active Directory allows for more advancesd stuff, but I still don't think you can rename a machine without getting on it. Something to do with security. But I'm still looking so we will see...
