specs are FAR from "good". the 12v rail only has 15Amps...minimum u want is probably 24A for the 12v rail.

bigtimeballer50 has no clue what he's talking about. don't listen to him. the 2 best ocing boards are abit and dfi. i have an abit, my friend has the new dfi nforce4 board. both are awesome.

Good call on the vid card. For the mobo I would go with this:

For your CPU I would recommend you get this instead:

I mean why pay for the retail kit if you are just going to be replacing the stock cooling anyway?

Don't bother with liquid cooling, I would recommend you get this to cool your CPU:
http://www.xoxide.com/zalman-7700-cu-cpu-cooler.html
get that with some Arctic Silver 5 thermal compound and you got plenty of cooling

lastly for your ram I wouldn't recommend mushkin, get this ram:

Oh yea, and DO NOT get wireless keyboard and/or mouse
wired is much better and more reliable, unless you really need wireless stick with wires

For the case try this, really good cooling:

Lastly the power supply I would recommend antec, this is a very good one that won't fail on you:

um the CPU and mobo that dale stated wont work with each other. THe CPU is 754 socket and the mobo is 939, and with neweggs prices you should just stick with the retail CPU you originally had and also get an aftermart HSF.

Keyboard and mouse wise, i cant help ya there. i just pick up a 10 dollar keyboard, and a Logitech optical mouse and it works great.

Yep, I linked the wrong processor, I meant for the winchester version. But newegg's prices on amd processors have been flutuating lately. The processor that was $180 is now like $192 the same as the retail! I would wait a few days until the price drops and then grab it.

As for mouse and keyboard I like the Microsoft Multimedia Keyboard
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=23-109-115&depa=0
and the Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer 4.0A
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=26-105-142&depa=0

^probably not the best gaming mouse but hell I use it for gaming and it seems fine, I just like the horizontal scroll feature mainly
