Window Blinds messed up Windows theme

I tried a program called Window Blinds that alters the taskbar in Windows XP to different styles, as well as various windows. After I uninstalled it, I'm unable to change the theme to "Windows XP style". I'm stuck with "Classic Windows". I tried repairing my XP install but the CD I have is service pack 1 and my computer has service pack 2 installed therefore I can't.

Any ideas on getting the default windows theme back?

Revert your classic view to normal...

I ran it, rebooted and tried to change the style from the display control panel and all I get is the "Please wait" window indefinitely then I'm forced to reboot.

I would reinstall the program, revert it back to the XP theme, then uninstall it...
