Hello,

Two days ago i had try to re-install windows. As i am formating the partition it seems to be working good. After it reaches 100% it says that "Setup cannot copy the file dmio.sys" it also cant copy modem.sys, rasppue.sys, and other .sys files, and .dll files. Now when i start up windows i also get the message "NTLDR is missing". I dont think its a problem with the hardrive, cd-rom, and software, as i have tested multiple cd-roms, hard drives, and win-xp cd's, and i get the same messages. Can anyine help me?

Thank you for your time.

Either your cd drive is dirty and not reading the files or the xp cd is scratched..Its one of those 2 I beleive.

If i were to fix the error "NTLDR is missing" could that fix the other errors i am encountering?

Probably. Do a google on how to do a repair install. But you will probably encounter the same problems again.
I would check your memory. Also make sure your HD is properly formatted.

Try third party software.
