I currently have 3 logical drives, one for winxp, one for win 2000 and one for other data...
I reinstalled win 2000 and after that, the dual boot wouldn't load... I can't boot into my winxp...

Any suggestions as to how to fix this?

Can you tell us what it reads in the boot.ini file in the root of C:
(file is hidden so need to set windows explorer in whatever OS will boot to show hidden/system files or unattrib it from command prompt)

My boot.ini file on Win 2000 Drive reads:

[boot loader]
timeout=5
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINNT
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINNT="Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional" /fastdetect

I first installed win xp, then I installed win 2000... after that, i reinstall win 2000 and now win xp won't show up (or the boot loader doesn't recognise win xp)

I just installed a new win 2000 with a newly formatted partition (which was my old win 2000)..

Anyone help?
