Download spybot and adaware, go to msconfig, disable all startup items, reboot, then run your adaware programs again, make sure you update the definitions....run your AV

yep. usually having up to date drivers helps immensely.
as far as your trojans go, clean you pc. all joking aside, google each one you find by name and that should lead you to removal tools for them.

ok, i already have adaware, warez monster and i ran spybot with it... it was wierd because i try to run Adaware once a month usualy picking up 12 or 13 criticals but this time for some odd reason i picked up FREAKIN 320 CRITICALS!!!! WTF? im not even going to ask... i deleted them and everythings running smoothly... i am thankfull for this site.

Possibly cookies and TIFs....Empty them and rerun them, try Microsofts too....
