I can only find my SCSI drive under my C:( ide drive)tools. The SCSI drive is listed as DEC RZ2ED-ls (C) DEC SCSI DISK under C:tools in "my computer".Everytime I uninstall it,it just goes back to the same place. It lists in hardware manager but NOT in "my computer"as a separate drive.i cant get to it to format it or use it.Any ideas why it doesnt show itself as a separate drive in my computer?I cannot get to it with my seagate tools because its being listed as part of my ide drive.(its posting as a DEC but its actually a seagate)and the adaptor is working fine although it can only read the drive name spec. and do a dump.

Yes,adaptor drivers have been updated(ATTO)and my pro tools are working fine. When I start the pc,the adaptor finds the drive and reports the make and model# but reports error in reading medium.I have a formatter on my adaptor but it will not format the disc for some reason.
