Need help with windows xp

I just ordered a PC from Direct PC. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THEM! They were slow and my order took forever, and when it gets here.....more problems occur.

Anyways I didnt order Xp from them b/c I already had my own version. I put in the cd and it wont let me install it b/c the i have to use the guest account b'c they made some fricken Admin user account with a password. I have no access to anytghin and I cannot even install my Windows Xp!!! Can anyone help me!!??? They wont tell me the admin apssword, so I cant install windows. BTW they gave me a trial version of windows xp..

Normally when you stick in the CD, then boot up your computer you don't need the admin password. It's all done before you log on. Just power on the computer, and stick in the CD. Then power off and reboot. You never need the password. Just do a full format and everything will be fine.

If you email me I will send you a small file that will delete the admin pasword, or you can just get a bootdisk from www.bootdisk.com and delete the partiton and start over.
