no. sadly enough, they will not. but on the other hand, (from a modders perpective that is...) I have seen many mods of normal ATX style cases that have been moded to fit a microATX mother board..., just be carefull, and have a good dremel.
Some are made to work with both. Check your documentation, or look up your case on the manufacturer's site or NewEgg. One of those three should tell you if your case can handle a micro-ATX board...without modification.
Well to my knowledge, ATX was a standard of case design and I thought that microATX was included in that. but now i know that isn't true. thank you for the help.
A microATX motherboard will fit into any full-size ATX case without making any adjustments/ mods. I have been able to fit several microATX mobos in ATX cases so I know this to be true.
qoute: "A microATX motherboard can easily fit into any ATX-compliant chassis."
Like ekÆsine said microATX will fit in just about any ATX case you can find,Every board i have owned was microATX and i have alway's used them with normal ATX case's.
depends on the case i had micro atx and i fit it in a full tower case btu after i changed it cuz it was crappy mobo and got a standard atx now it works go0d0d0000d
