I got 5 svchost.exe, that appears without the pop up box btw what is btw a command prompt box. I tried system restore to a point where I'm pretty sure I had no problems but I'll try further back but I'm reluctent cause I've put alot of software on my computer; 3 games, virtual drives using a 3-4 burning softwares I'm trying out.

Nope just svchost.exe and there's 5 of them even with the pop up one. It happens roughly every 15mins and it kinda sucks cause I can't leave my computer on cause after 2-3 everything lags up and becomes slow to the point where my P2P software doesn't even download.

Its settled down now what's weird, only pops up once and that's when I start up.
