Those Wildcat cards are workstation products, designed for CAD (Computer Assisted Design) and whatnot. There's no reason you couldn't play games on them, but they're not designed for that. Until now these super expensive cards are the only ones that have 512 meg's of RAM, that's why this news is a kind of breakthrough for the gaming community.
nVidia's current equivelant is the Quadro FX series, ATI's being the FireGL 9go search for them )
