A third party vid card with non-stock cooling such as a nice cooler (it can occupy two slots) is preferred as I would like it to be a little overclockable. You can suggest an add-on cooler but the combined total must fit withint the price range. Thanks!

The best card you can possible get for that amount of money would be the notorious 6600 GT eVGA. This card is prefect for OC.

a 6600gt would be much better than a 9800, esp. for the same price. i don't know about other brands, but evga makes awesome cards, mine is working absolutely flawlessely.
