I suggest Asus. Gigabyte is something you get when you cant afford a Abit, DFI, MSI, and Asus. Gigabytes suck for OC anyways.

Asus would be at the low end of my list. Can't vouch for DFI, never used one and don't plan on it.

Abit is the most solid, well rounded MOBOs ive ever experienced. And Gigabyte boards have never failed me or anyone else I know on different levels of technology.

Abit.... people all say they make good boards.. after I got one never had a problem yet.... people are right. Asus I personally have had a problem in the past with compatibility issues with a graphics card... so I don't like those... Gigabyte I hear from a few friends is pretty good also. But Abit or Gigabyte gets my vote.

Something is wrong with you. You've gotten lucky every time you get a board from them or something because everyone else has problems or knows a bunch of poeple wiht problems.

Some of the problems that i inherited with my a8v

Bios was corrupted upon shipping, needed to reset cmos every time to boot until i flashed it

Every single sensor on it is terribly wrong

It cannot decide if it's a 1st or 2nd revision

Randomly decides to have Overclocking errors even if the CPU is not overclocked

Claims it supports a higher HT that it really does
