Down to 2 ?

So im about to get a new motherboard, im down to 2 choices

Abit AV8 3rd-eye,chipset K8T 800-Pro $165 cdn
&
Asus A8V Deluxe $159 cdn

im going to be doing some overclocking, which would you choose?

I have the 3rd eye. The bonus is when you are using apps that use full screen the u3rd eye unit lets you veiw what is actually going on in your PC (temps, speed, voltage rpm, etc)
