Which quiet fan should I get (down to 2)

I want near silent quiet, but decent airflow. I will have to get a 4 pin adaptor if it's the arctic cooling, but it's no problem because I can get 2 for 6 bucks off ebay.

(I'm going to buy 2 of whichever one I decide to get)

get the 12 dollar tt led fan it has fan control so it can be silent or loud

the artic cooling one moves more air, but not alot more.

go with either tbh. The thermal take will be cheaper with out the cost of the adaptor, so i would go with that.

The artic is your best choice. But 80mm "silent fans" dont cool your pc down very well at all. I highly recommend 120mm fans. Those obviously are bigger, but even at low CFM, they push alot more air. Here are 2 fans i suggest, one is a Vantec Stealth 120mm. Thats your best choice for a good silent fan. The other is a Vantec Stealth 80mm.

Aren't 120 bigger? I already have a case, and I think my current ones are 80 (they came with the case, and work fine). My PC makes my room pretty hot, but I think the arctic has the same stats as my current fans (current fan run at 2000 I believe).
