Any advide on changes to make? is BFG a trustable company to buy the 6800 ultra from or should I get EVGA any recommendations?
 
get a sata harddrive instead of the p-ata.


you may want to choose a different motherboard, as gigabyte are just a OK brand. ASUS ABit MSI and DFI are the top brands. (in no particular order)
 
No clue about the mobo.

Also, can i have a link to a 2.4 ghz 3400 as they dont exist, a 2.4 GHZ AMD is a 3800+
 
I agree. I'd go to a Pentium 4, even if it runs slightly slower. Plus, SATA would make a significant difference. I personally like the Western Digital Special Editions with the 8 MB buffer and the 3 year warrantee. Also, I'd go with an ASUS or DFI board as well. Overall looks pretty speedy!
 
Don't get the DDR333 PC2700 RAM. Go with at least DDR400 PC3200. You will notice a big difference in memory intensive games.
