How can i fix my cases temp reader

ok my cases temperture reader on the front of the case is reading very high when my BIOS is saying its in the 30's so can someone tell me if its possible to fix the cases reader or what can i do plz tell me.
 
why didnt you put it under your cpu or on the cpu heatsink, and maybe its reading Farenheit. and what kind do u have
 
ok the temp that ur bios is saying is ur cpu or mobo or something else but the temp that ur temp displayer is saying 80 degees is the temp inside ur computer as in how hot it is the air in ur case =) problem solved
 
80 degrees for an ambient temp inside your case isnt that horrible. Only way to fix that is to get some airflow in there with fans. and yea, that probe is reading in fahrenheit, and the other one is in celsius.If you want your outside reader to measure your cpu temp, slide the little prob under your heasink to try and get it as close the your cpu core as possible
