The cam was obviously live stream.
Can this be done to someone individually, or does it have to go to a website.

hmm im not really good with webcams i dont really know wat a live steream is so probably it can be done to someone individualy cuz wat happens is u just conect 2 them throught a chating program like aim and yahoo messenger etc... so u just conect and the webcam starts viewing u and the other person can see u then
