I've seen that phrase used before. Lets say I have PC3200 DDR Memory. It can either be overclocked PC2700 or Pure PC3200. Pure would be native speed, while overclocked is not.

ascually, i seend it on the description for guy's dream machine, the machL 3.8 desktop
its uses PuRam instead of any hard drives.

it says it is storee don a flash ramdisk

i just want to know more aobut this disk

Thats RamDrive. It's a PCI card that you can install a crapload of RAM and use it as storage. Fast as hell, but for the money, expinsive.

I don't think the card is that much, but you would need a few gig's of memory to do anything tangable with.

yup, and the way ram is going now, you probably only be able to stick in about 8 gigs of ram. or am iwrong?

That all depends on how much the card can handle. I also don't know if it's only temp storage. I don't think that you can store data on RAM after the system is powered down. So you might have to install the proggy there only while your system is running.

I have a computer that has a serial mouse
