Yeah that only happens if you raise your FSB and you don't have your AGP
CI locked at 66:33Mhz
Couldn't tell you how often it happens and chances are you'd fry something like the graphics card first, but yeah I supposed if you didn't have an AGP port like on an old motherboard the chances of the HD would be more at risk.
