How do I update my bios?

i just got a new motherboard its a chaintech S1689, socket 939 and im not really sure on how to update the bios, i went to the chaintech web site and downloaded the new bios but it tells me to extract it, I dont know where to extract it to ? can someone help?

Extract it to a floppy disk and use that for your bios update.

i dont have any floppy disk available and i dont get the option to start my computer in dos mode ?

This is the 21st century, and if you dont have a disk by now....

Just buy some, write the new bios, and you can write them to the floppy just as ReverseFluxx says. You may be able to boot from the disk by configuring your BIOS to do that.

I have a floppy drive just dont have disks, the computer store is closed till tomorrow, so i was wondering if there was another way of doing this so i dont have to wait till tomorrow.
