I am looking at the Masscool Ultra Quiet for my CPU, here the specs:

The price is 17$ CAN. I want to put it on a Atlhon XP 2500. I want it to be silent and I want to overclock my CPU. Can someone tell me if it's any good? Or if it's not then can someone tell me a better fan/heatsink?
