think imma go with
Abit NF7-S Socket A
AMD Athlon XP 3200+ 2.2GHz 400MHz FSB
Corsair XMS 1GB (512MBx2) PC3200
DVD-/+RW, Floppy Drive, Fan controller w/ temp display
nVidia GeForce 6600GT 256MB
Yeah what wayne said. The 3200+ won't leave you any room at all to OC really due to high temps.
Your best choice is the 45w 2600+ XP-M
It says 266FSB, but dont pay attention to that, it's basically whatever FSB you want to set it at being their multipliers are unlocked.
With that you will EASILY hit beyond the speeds of the 3200+
When you first get it you simply put it to 200x9 or 10 depending on if it's a 1.8GHz stock or 2GHz stock I forget which, but anyway that's 400FSB right there, but at it's stock speed. Then you start pumping up the multiplier so you're OC'ing only your CPU.
If you want good OC'ing RAM you'd be better off with
PQI Turbos
Patriot XBL
OCZ platinum rev2

Read that so you know how to identify the top OC'ing RAM out there
EDIT: Also, I don't believe they have 256mb 6600GT's so that's either a typo or theres some store out there I dont know of
Also eVGA is the best manufacturer for that setup IMO because their cards have ample room for OC'ing that too
