Best mobo out of these?

this was originally about something else, but it has been edited
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
i'm buying a mobo/cpu for a friend and ...
i was wondering if any of these are good enough for gaming (and by that, i mean it is comparable to other, more expensive mobos at the $120 range)
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=13-152-043&depa=1

kinda out of his price range, but also these:

http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=13-128-241&depa=1

and if there is any mobo that's $70-80 and has decent quality compared to the $120 abits, msi's and asus's that i didn't mention, can anyone plz suggest them to me? ty

one last question, is there any site that's as good as newegg (on pricing and shipping as newegg)

i WAS going to buy the 64 3400+/abit av8 mobo/cpu combo but i read so many bad things about tiger direct's rebates that i chose not to buy from them (it's so tempting to buy from them though, does any one know if their crappy rebate is real? and that's it's a dice roll to get your rebate?)

Personally, I would not buy anything where I could not find out what the brand of the mobo was from the vendor. go to www.newegg.com they sometimes have good deals. plus they have a really good RMA policy and great shipping. and they tell you the brand of every product they sell.

zipzoomfly
monarchcomputer
GameVE
Mwave
eXcaliberPC

im not shur if all of those are great, but those are the only ones i remember book marking and that were rated good at resellerratings.com
