editing a moving gif

any1 know of a good program for editing a moving gif? my avatar is a moving gif, but is 83x63 pixels and wont fit, but when i edit it with ms photo editor it wont move now, BLAH!!!!!!!!! neways all help appreciated, thnx in advance

Try Jasc Animation Shop. It lets you edit frame-by-frame animations. I think you can get a free trial of it or something :\

thanks its dl now, gonna take 2 minutes to dl the whole 11MB, unless i turn off my 300k streaming video, but i dont want to, what should i do?! dang it, lol

thank you guys sooo much, as you can see from my avatar, i got it working, i had to delete a few frames as the file size was too large but o well, it still looks cool as hell
