I have air cooling (stock HSF) I got my CPU up to 3.7ghz.. The full load temp is at 75-79c and the idle is 50-55c.

79C? that's too hot IMO. might try lowering room temp and opening case to knock of some degrees. but really if you have no stability problems u should be ok. just ur stuff might burn out faster than normal. what vcore is that at for 3.7?

His OC is not insane, as compared to the professionals. Witch they spend tons of money while using all the best equipment. But we shouldent be comparing him to such people.
