I wouldn't say the PNY "sucks", its a great card. but for maximum overclocking/performance eVga is at the top of the list.

i never use stock heatsinks unless they are outstanding...so really if ur not satisfied with it go get a $20-$30 cooler for it. no problem. if ur not overclocking stock is more than enough.

they both seem to be little 40mm-60mm fans...an aftermarket cooler with a bigger fan should give u better temps. but really unless you can spare like $30 i'd agree, that one looks sufficient for average overclocking.

well if u wanted ocing then u should get a BFG . Mine is clocked at 270 oc 290 then i oc even more 2 330.
