Hi trying to upgrade my windows office 2000 pro to SR-1 when installing it stops half way through and asks me to insert the office 2000 pro cd so i do this and it keeps asking for the windows office 2000 pro cd.

Please help i desperately need this for my Business computers to work.

do you have multiple CD drives? if so, it may be trying to access one particular drive. in this case, put it in a different CD drive and see if that works
