EXTREMELY slow activity

Maybe you missed what I said, When i click on a shortcut/program or anyhitng(rightcick) it will open about 2 minutes after i click it and I can't do anything after that beacause my mouse locks up or lags across screen, there is probably nothing i can do. I'm going to reformat.

I thought you could give it a try from safe mode

Yes, I rebooted into safemode and I did a system restore to about a week ago, everything works fine now.

I think the problem might have been cause by me using the program ObjectDock because I set it to load at startup but it never did.
