Dialog windows problem

well , when i boot my windows 2000 server machine, every time two dialog box appears, i have to press OK every time when i boot the system to get rid of these box. How could i get rid of these boxes when my system boots

i had motorola modem in my system, i removed it from my system and then remove the software from there, but now the dialog box related to this appears.

"Press OK to exit the sm56 driver"


Secondly i had installed the NedtMedic software in my system, i hav also removed the software but the search dialog box appears that searches the software and when i press cancel on that dialog box then it disappears

What could be the problem

Any possible suggestions??
