DoctorWatsons Postmortem Debugger

Everytime I try to click on My Computer or go to my Control Panel I get a message that error message that says something called DoctorWatsons Postmortem Debugger or something doesn't work. I'm pretty sure it is because I accidently deleted a file. Does anyone know how to find out a) whats missing and b) how to get it back?

ive had that problem whenever i riht click. it gets really annoying and is an error that can be because if sp2 this is what u do:

go start>run>regedit
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
Software\
Microsoft\
Windows NT\
CurrentVersion\
delete the key AeDebug
im not 100% sure.. as i dont rememeber... but u can check on www.microsoft.com... they have the solution somewhere on the site which i cant find

What error do you get when you try to access your recycle bin?
