ok Im running Sempron 2500 @1750Mhz
i have it running at 41*Cpu and 22*C case.
i still want it to be cooler though.
I reseated my heatsing with arctic silver 5, and added a duct with a fan at the intake (cpu heatsink fan still on too)

after a bit i added an lcd to my case and the intake looked like this
Front
i built up a cardboard housing to keep the fan from sucking up "case air" and only allowing it to get input from the single drive bay. then i put on the faceplate with the holes.
Front
i have a fan at the back for output
my aroura PSU has a large fan to help cool the case, and i have an input at the front.
My temps are still not what i want
CPU : 41*C idle and 48*C Full
case : 22*C idle and 24*C full

what should i do?
does stacking the output fans cool the cpu better too?
feedback would be apriciated
thnx

Well, that front fan you MOD would work better without that plat blocking it. Your not really getting much air for that fan to work with. But i see your taking it serious. I suggest getting a 120mm fan on you removable side panel blowing air striaght onto your mobo/cpu. Thats the single most best place for intake results.

For your second question, yes exhaust helps alot. Stacking helps even more, but make sure the fans are the same 2 fans. That would give the best results for stacking. I just ordered a second fan for the stacking, because i dont want 2 fans working togather, while at different speeds.
