Any ideas on this

Ok, I just built my computer a few days ago, and today i installed XP pro. It all works fine except when i drag a folder or when i move the internet arrow bar down it goes laggy and slow. And kinda jumps around. Anyone know why its doing that.

Make sure you installed the latest graphics card drivers.
