I would kinda upgrade your PC
Depending on what else it has.

I would keep your 9600 if your on a budget, it's a decent card.
You can most likely keep the case
You may be able to keep the power supply
The hard drive will still be good
Optical drives will still be good

This leaves you with buying new motherboard, new CPU and new ram and possibly a new power supply. When money comes around you can get better optical drives and hard drives.

Im ordering:
1. AMD Athlon 64 3000+
2. Asus K8V deluxe(?) - Just read a few reviews and they all say its buggy. Does anyone know if its true?
3. Ram - any recomendations? I'd really appreciate some help on this one.
4. Rosewill 550W Black Mirror Power Supply.
