64-bit heatsink`s?

ok i`m looking for a heatsink for an amd 64-bit 3200+ 754 and its a newcastle. and i was wondering if this ( http://www.halifaxshoppingextra.co.uk/xPC-CPU_ACC_XP_90_HSINK_ONLY_THR_RT )
is a good option for the money, or is there another better or cheaper, i`m not wanting to get water colling if u ask, lol

That heatsink should work fine. Personally, i always get one witch i can put a high out-put cpu fan above. This one you cant, it comes with a cpu fan installed in the heatsink. I dont see anything wrong with it though.

its a good heatsink but as i seem to alwasy be saying the xp120 is better but then again it is more expensive and is incompatible with alot of motherboards

Beanman, the one your thinking about is just fine.
If your still looking around, then check this site out. Its the best for MODD's, go under CPU and their are plunty of different heatsinks.
