Mushkin 1 GB dual channel - hows the price

It is $185 at newegg, so a little expense, plus a little sketchy from ebay.

edit - also $181 at monarchcomputers.com

I just bought from them and they were very good. Not sure if they ship to you or not.
 
No good online PC shop down there in New Zealand huh? Maybe that's a business oportunity for you. Entrepreneur style!!
 
you would scream if you saw the prices on show down here, they are inflated beyond belief, it almost angers me
 
he hasnt got back to me but i would assume Express Mail would be about $30us for ram and a mainboard
 
Actually

The Memory is not dual channel, but the motherboard contains dual channel. Only the motherboard controls the dual channel.

oh i was not aware of this, i was under the assumption that ram had to be of type dual channel also. Am i right in saying then that these two different types of RAM (links below) are the same in performance and capable of running dual channel if the mainboard is indeed a dual channel mainboard. Also one is about $50 cheaper than the other.
