Yes change the Cmos battery between motherboards to see if that solves the problem. Also MAKE SURE your speaker is plugged into the lower right on your mainboard CORRECTLY because you actually may be sopossed to be hearing beeps, it just isnt connected properly.

Thanks guys, I will try with PC133 memory and replace the battery!!

Dear Friends

Thank you all for your help. It seemed to be the processor that is bad. The MB works fine with an other CPU! After on month of trying and with new memory, new BIOS battery and now a new Duron 1300 processor I got myself a working computer.
