Problem installing SP1 and SP2

i cannot install SP1 or SP2.
whenever it starts inspecting the system, an error message is shown.
it is about the product key...
so anyt methods to install SP1 or SP2?

Yes, get a LEGAL copy and put it on your system. That is the only way that this can be resolved. And there is to be no further discussion on how to help you with your problem.
