Maybe he just figured 128mb would be cheaper, and based on that, automatically wanted to go that route.Why does it have to be 128meg?
Your AGP apature size does not limit your video card ram btw, it has something to do with assigning system memory to video.
The AGP Aperture is for when the card runs out of Vram, the alloted amount of system RAM is then used to help out.
