i looked up the error under search microsoft.. and it said to download sp4...?

Firstly enable it, which looked as though you did, and then see if "Automatic Updates" is disabled, if so, Start it up and change the Start Up to Automatic.

Also if it says to download something to fix your problem from microsoft, do so, try what i've said first.

downloaded the service pack #4... doesn't seem to have changed anything... but ill try it out... and ill allow the auto updates i usually keep them off... idk y

it wasn't disabled... and it still doesn't do it auto maticaly... which is odd... but oh well... the service pack is what im curious about... im going to do it manually now hopefully.. let u know how it works out..

I hit somethign similar with one update...something about streaming media.

I got to play email tag with a tech support gal for a couple of weeks...but we finally got it to work.

And I don't even stream media...

but my problem is i cant send help and support stuff it says cant display page when i try to....
