Win xp sevice pack 2 and atapi.sys

Close all opened app and click "try again"

I want to install SP1 and I couldn't....

all programs closed i don't have opened procces atapi.sys and i couldn't close app useful thats file

Atapi.sys has to do with your cd drive. Try to uninstall it and then reboot and see what happens.
