Adding extra fans...

I am wondering if there are preferred method of adding extra case fans. For example my mobo only has two plugs for case fans. I was looking at Fry's and they had a couple different adapter to either split the connecter or add one to the power connector etc. I am just currious if certain methods are better than others to make sure you are not stressing the board and have proper power flow.

It doesnt have the ability to feed off of the PSU's 12v/5v rail, but that's not needed unless u are powering some hungry devices.

It is good enough to power two fans per channel, and that is all u really need.
