error messages

receiving two errors - 1. "cli.exe application error The application failed to properly

(OxcOOOO135) and Microsoft Visual C++ runtime error Program C//WINDOWS\System

32\svchost. exe This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

Please contact the application support team for more information". the second error message

freezes windows. please advise

Uninstall then reinstall your ati video card and see if that works.

that was my guess just unistall then reinstall it

thanks for locating the problem area . i uninstalled ati but the file C:\\ Program Files\ATI Technologies\ATI.ACE\CLI.exe is missing according to norton win doctor. the ati catalyst control center program has an advanced option to restart runtime. clicking opens the error message -"the applicatiion failed to start properly (OxcOOO135)". please advise and thanks again .
